Alot of circumstantial evidence. Now my college law professor would remind me that the Lindbergh baby case was tried and got a conviction on alot of circumstantial evidence... but that was a long time ago.
Anyway... I think she did it. Just like OJ. No doubt she was there and did something terrible. But whatever the prosecutors had wasn't enough to prove it. Sadly.

I'm more disappointed with our fascination with this trial than the actual verdict. All the crap that's happening in the middle east with the "awakening" and everyone's freaking out about some pretty white girl getting off on circumstantial evidence.
Maybe this stems from the disgust in people fighting to get a spot in the court room. |

Sometimes maybe people get tired of hearing about stuff going on in the middle east. Let them awaken. Most of those countries over there would benefit from governments being overthrown.
Not like anything should worry the US too terribly though. |

I found it pretty hilarious that CNN and some other news outlets were so convinced that they "read lips" and made the call of "Guilty", then had to backtrack when the actual verdict was read.
Drive-by media! No real journalists remain... only egotistical glory hounds trying to report "first" or find the next Watergate.

I don't know. From what I can tell the prosecution never actually proved anything. There's some circumstantial evidence but they never actually proved what happened.
Not that I care. I'm too busy fighting the good fight and dealing with family drama to care about this. |
