Only 4 war machines and the anvil counts as one. I've thought about dwarfs and they'll be my stand-by if this tomb king thing goes south. _________________ Thanks,

I have been looking at them recently. Those flame cannons are s5 and do d3
wounds, They will eat Ogres up. This should also limit what you have to paint, which is what I know you are going for anyway.

Agreed, i was just telling him that Saturday myself. I you want to be competative take Dwarves. And mostly paintedis even better. Flame canons sound awesome, really awesome. I like the anvil and some sort of scouts or miners as well.
I love the Tomb King army for sure, just dont think them competative in their current state. _________________ Joey

Well toss out the anvil. Those other 4 war machines can do extensive damage. Ben you are a month and a half away. Go with dwarves.

I did post a Tomb King list suggestion in the appropriate section in case our pleas for Dwarves go unheard _________________ Joey

We all know Ben is building lists around what he has painted. STOP the madness Ben and do some painting. We all committed to being jerks
at this thing. I have been painting for a month and a half and I have half of my army done. If I get done early I would love to paint some dwarves.

Is anyone still looking for a room mate for Colonial? I plan on going up friday.
I am still working on converting up my ogres, though I still have a fair bit of painting to do and build a board.

So what you're saying is your going to paint and base the night before and go home with a prize This sounds familiar _________________ Joey

Awesome, Bill.
I'm almost done assembling this damn army. I'm going to a painting day on Saturday where I expect a solid 8 hours of painting Skellington Bone. Assuming I get all the bone done for the army (something I think is very possible) I should have the rest of the army done in about two weeks.
I just need to start cramming in as many Fantasy games as possible so I can play the army well. _________________ The Hammer Dialectic - Thoughts on Warhammer, Professional Wrestling, and Dialectical Materialism.

Well I hope to have it all done beforehand and get more then 3 hours of sleep before the tournament. I finished converting my mammoth mournfang mounts and am working on the riders.

15 units with 8 painted. The toughest one being the orc biguns I am currently painting. The last 7 will be much easier. The new tinier night
goblins are a joy to paint.

Better choice armywise, but in all honesty isnt the Screaming Catapult easier than 2 Ironblasters _________________ Joey

Assembly is a pain in the ass for the SCC. The pieces don't quite fit and when they do go together it all ends up being uneven.
The Ironblaster was tedious to assemble and paint but it never pissed me off.
Ugh.
I'll see how painting and assembly goes tomorrow. I'll know by next week if I'm dropping TKs or not. The Ogre army I would take to Colonial is pretty cheesy, too, so whatevs. Live to win, etc etc etc. _________________ The Hammer Dialectic - Thoughts on Warhammer, Professional Wrestling, and Dialectical Materialism.
