Can someone please confirm if I actually won an award, or if Joey was just pulling a particularly cruel April Fool's Day prank on me yesterday?
Did anyone from CGL come out with any swag or awards from the thing?

Whew. Here I was worrying that you guys were all getting bored on the drive home and decided to mess with my head. I'm not sure how the math worked on that, but I'm cool with it.
Anyone else take home an award or goodies?

Kelly won almost the same amount of swag in a raffle that Scooter did, and yet Dcooter paid an extra $100 of raffle tickets and Kelly bough an extra 10? HORSE SHOE!
And I won nothing except the nickname of Upchuck. |

I had a lot of fun this year. Despite going 0-5 I'm excited to go back next year.
I got battle reports and pictures posted on my Web Log. _________________ The Hammer Dialectic - Thoughts on Warhammer, Professional Wrestling, and Dialectical Materialism.

I just have inappropriate jokes.

Gosh, Kelly and Eric are the biggest jerks around! A 4 sportsman??? How do you get a 4 sportsman if you play 5 games??? I'm not much better at a 7. Go figure. _________________ Thanks,

I got a 16 for Sports (tied for highest!) and 36 for Battle Points (tied for lowest!) so I'm halfway there for next year! _________________ The Hammer Dialectic - Thoughts on Warhammer, Professional Wrestling, and Dialectical Materialism.

I'm not that surprised at my low Sports score, as 3 of my 5 opponents told me that they hated my list. Invariably, my sports score is inversely proportional to the potency of my army. One year I took overall best sportsman at a Games Day GT; I had an all gobbo wolf list and went 0-5...
Casey - how come you didn't take best sportsman? Battlepoints the tiebreaker? _________________ There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged.

Most tournaments use Battle Points as a tie breaker for Sports. It's harder to beat someone and for them to give you a higher sports score, than it is to get tabled and get a good sports score. _________________ The Hammer Dialectic - Thoughts on Warhammer, Professional Wrestling, and Dialectical Materialism.

Yup I am not understanding the sports score. Not to say I was trying for a good one by acting like a boot licking tool. However, I was totally cool and
gracious while getting my ass handed to me. None of my losses really upset me. Oh well I guess popularity contest. The A team is not about popularity.
Dun ta dun, dun ta dun ta dun. Go team.
