great, thanks. Frank and I are in. Frank is bringing dwarves. If they publish dwarf limits before the 15th, he will be able to make his list consistent with the limits.

As of now, they have made adjustments for the new dwarf book. Bascially capped the Gyros at 4. I'll post the 3rd Draft as it is posted on the FOWL site.

Let me know if you have any questions.
If there is a change in the ETC Draft by Friday, March 7, then I will post that here. Whatever rule set ETC has at March 7, will be the ones used for the event.

What does this mean for daemons? :•[ 4 or more] Beast of Nurgle models in the army/Skull Cannon (max 1)/Nurgle BSB/Great Unclean One with Lore of Death, max 2
and specifically is it OK to have to Skull Cannons if you don't have any of the other stuff? |

Took me awhile to be able to decipher the ETC encription.... 
Basically because they have max 1 in paranthesis, that's it. You can only have 1 skull cannon. Each item before the slash is an option with the maximum of those opions listed at the end of the sentence. In this case you have a Max of 2 options that you can choose from in that sentence. You can have a Nurgle BSB and 1 skull cannon combo. That's it for your choice if that is what you choose. Or, you can have 4 or more beast of Nurgle models in the army and a great unclean one with Death magic as your 2, etc etc

7.15. Q: Can Always Strike First models re-roll to hit against units with both ASF and Always Strike Last? Does a single ASL cancel any amount of ASF and vice versa?

I'm going to try something different this time in regards to scenarios. I usually keep them close to the vest until the event, but I'll put them out there prior to the event....but with a catch.
In order to get an advance on the scenario, you must prepay for the event AND turn in your final army list in order to get the scenarios. Once I receive your payment via paypal (as I don't know when I will get to GPC in the near future), put your email address in the message section. I will forward a pdf of the scenarios once I get that AND an emailed copy of your army list. The payment required is only the base entry fee of $15. You can buy your mulligans and/or bonus cards the day of the event or pay for them all via paypal gift.
The idea is to allow people to get familiar with the scenarios without being able to adjust their lists.

Just posting this reminder again as some people are paying. I'll mark on the sign up sheet everything that I receive from players.
