Anyone play? If so what armies?
Anyone up for a small point game, like 500 points? _________________ Kevin C

I've tried it, and did not care for it. I've got a good amount of stuff for it I need to get around to selling. _________________ Rush - Warpstone Pile

Not true. It wasn't bad, but needed a revision or two of the rules IMO. I mostly enjoyed when we played (except for the 6+ hour marathons that occasionally occurred). _________________ Tone on the internet can be a bitch. Honest, I am not Nerd Raging. Well, maybe not. |

Lord of the Ring is still the best GW game I have played.
Unfortunately I have sold all of my figures for it since few people play it around here.
War of the Ring is pretty decent, too, and the FAQ cleared up almost all the issues that existed with the game. Granted, most of these issues came from a mixture of obtuse sentences and people lacking the ability to comprehend English in text form. |

Is it threadmancy if it is only a few posts down from the top?
Anyway, I have an Elven army, but I think I have it for War of the Ring? Though I assume I can easily do LotR instead. I haven't looked at the skirmish level version. |

I liked it, too...but with games less than 1500 points...once you got over 1500, it got a little silly (heck, even at 1500 it could get pretty silly). |
