Scott,
thanks again for putting this on. I had a good time. It would be great if we could have another tournament this summer!

Corey looks like he was contemplating his stinking, cheese filled High Elf turn, but in reality was digging for nose gold. _________________ Tone on the internet can be a bitch. Honest, I am not Nerd Raging. Well, maybe not. |

lol....
I had a great time. This was the first time I've participated in a tournament, but things went pretty smooth and I had a great time. My only goal was to not loose one game, so I was pretty happy with the results.
Kelly! You are the man. I was so seriously out played it was not even funny! I felt like such a chump as my plans and entire battle line collapsed on itself, exactly as you planned. Good work and congratulations on your best general. Your title was well earned. I'd love to get some more games in with you so that i can absorb some of your wily tricks. I'll be your padawan learner.
Kelly proposed another tourney this summer, what would guys think to a doubles or team event? I've not played any team games in 8th edition, but it seems like it would be a lot of fun. Make sure there is beer not far away, and a lot of BSing. There are a lot of formats, and be open to just about of them.
Rush and Ben, those 2 games were some of the most fun I have played. Props to Rush, who kept his cool and continued to have fun when his dice completely turned against him and I cheated my way to stolen victory. I'm assuming everybody else was cheating to right? _________________ Gun control is leaving your demonsmith engineers close enough to re-roll the scatter on your artillery. |
