Question. If my Dragon is hit and wounded by say 3 bolt throwers, it takes all three wounds, but they do not become D3? or does that mean it can only take 1 wound in the shooting phase? _________________ Gun control is leaving your demonsmith engineers close enough to re-roll the scatter on your artillery. |

it is 1 wound per unit, you would not reciev D3 per.
I will post rules summary for this year this weekend _________________ I lose cause I can |

Do we have a list of participants yet? And Heroic Killing Blow: Just 1 wound? And does it avoid armor saves?
My army will be Ogres. Just cause. |

Honestly, I don't think that letting brett keep there heroic killing blow is unreasonable. It's what they do, fits the army, and is so in theme. I don't know that anyone considers them a powerhouse right now, nor are they naturally suited to taking on dragons as a army.
Just my thoughts, but I hate to see things nerfed for no reason
But so help me if one you puts a dude with that sword on a Pegasus I swear to god.....
This post gets me excited about the idea I had of doing a Dark, mirror universe Bretonian force using Chaos Knights. I'm going to have to finish up some of these armies before their new book drops so I can do that..... _________________ Gun control is leaving your demonsmith engineers close enough to re-roll the scatter on your artillery. |

You Dragon Wars Virgin. The Dragon is a dragon of old, a creature of magic, in where all forms of protection are enhanced.
You got to basically beat the livin' schnit out of that enemy dragon with a literal/actual stick and hope he fails a number of ward saves. Magic weapons are canceled out and so are multiple wounds.
I don't know how Bill will run this year's rules for the magic phase for 8th edition as spells can effect the dragon's stats and now those with Life can heal wounds to their dragon (used to be only Vampires could). _________________ Thanks,

Magic weapons are treated as their non-magical equivalent and nothing does multiple wounds vs the Dragon. They're meant to be tough to bring down. No lucky Cannon/Stone Thrower BS. _________________ Tone on the internet can be a bitch. Honest, I am not Nerd Raging. Well, maybe not. |

I tried finding the rules from the previous events, but... even last year's rules are incomplete.
I don't suppose anyone feels like articulating Bill's vision into a single, coherent rules post? _________________ Rush - Warpstone Pile
