2000 Points plus a dragon from the Storm of Magic.
ALL dragons will come from the Storm of Magic. I said Dragon, did I say Emporer Dragon NOOOOOO.

If for example a Doombull were your general would a Bray Shaman be riding the dragon or must the character on the dragon be the general and leave the doombull at home?

This year we are doing things a bit different, for Dragon Wars 6 you don't have to have a rider at all. If you do have a rider it can be any hero or lord with a maxium base size of 25 mm.
Keep in mind, the hiding rule will still be in affect. A rider would help witht that rule..

Just to make sure, this is a 2000 pt list PLUS the extra points for a Storm of Magic Dragon, correct? Or is it, 2000 pts to INCLUDE the points for a Storm of Magic dragon? I want to make sure in case I want to put in multiple dragons.

A Non Emperor Dragon regular or Chaos though so don't start drooling too much.

I know that Bill is allowing players to pick which type of dragon they use, ie: breath weapon type, but I see your point whether you use a Young Dragon, Dragon, or a Great Dragon. I know you can't use an Emperor Dragon. I'm guessing the 300 pt "Dragon".
