Just an FYI:
I've contacted the guys at Colonial to see if they were doing anything regarding group rates and such (as evident in my email posted). In case they don't, I have made contact with the Crowne Plaza to discuss group rates. Just letting you know in case you have or have not made reservations. I will know something by the end of today on rates and such and I'll post here.

Wrestlemania is Sunday night so I'm likely going to fly out of there like a bat out of hell so I can get home in time to watch fake fighting with some friends. |

The Crowne Plaza has agreed to reduce the rates for single and double occupancy to $95 per night if we can get 35 rooms. If everyone doubles, then that is only 70 people of the 120+ participants...so shouldn't be a problem. I'm waiting on MM to get back with me on verification from the northern players so that I can get the booking contract and group number.
An FYI, is that the Crowne Plaza is currently being renovated and changed over to the new hub version of Holiday Inn. We will be the first in the new rooms I was told. The retaurant and bar will be very accomodating to us as well I was told.

I was able to get in the tournament with the second wave of openings. I plan on taking ogres, though I doubt I will have a horde.
