I finished above half way overall. I achieved my goal for the tournament. I guess all the complaining Saturday helped
Sports....
I was not liking the sports score as well. Wonder why it went 4,3,1,1,1?
Seems like an odd dropoff, why not just rank and point em 5,4,3,2,1??
How does anyone get a 4 in 5 games when 5 should have been the minimum???? _________________ Joey

That person probably didn't play the last game. Or maybe Joey gave them a -1 for sportsmanship. |

You had to rank your opponents from 1 to 5. From that, they calculated the sportsmanship scores somehow. _________________ Thanks,

And I won nothing except the nickname of Upchuck. |
The colonial went well, I went 2-2-1. Unfortunately I played two dwarf armies each with maxed out warmachines and the anvil. My ironblaster drew an amazing amount of fire and only made it to the 2nd turn in one game.
Did anyone see the armies that took 1st and 2nd for appearance, unfortunately I didn't happen to see them.

Yeah Kelly, the 1st army was a stunning VC list, the painting was beautiful. E had a terror gheist as his centerpiece that was modeled on top of a house. The other winning list I truly can't wrap my head around. It was a TK player (wife of the VC player), and the in my opinion the army wasn't really THAT stunning, granted I didn't exactly get up close like the judge would have, but I didn't see anything that truly stood out. Minimal conversions, one unit filler of note, but that's really it. The painting must have been absolutely flawless, because there was nothing that really drew me in and caught my attention. |

Agreed, I didn't think she was in the top 5-8 armies or so. Nice person and of course a Girl helped I am sure. Maybe she was a winner just by association _________________ Joey
