It doesn't happen often, but I have to bail on this tournament. Wife committed us to another event and it didn't make the event calendar. I am going to now attend the NOVA as well as Blob's Park though. Enjoy it guys

How many Storm of Magic units can we bring? As was mentioned to me today you could bring quite a lot 21 pt sabertusks for 560pts.

It follows the normal SoM rules in that you can only have two of the same choices. So only two duplicate individual models or two duplicate units.

This rule about max power dice came from the Colonial's rule packet. It doesn't say or make any exceptions other than that of warp stone tokens and goblin mushrooms. So to keep it uniform, no other items, attributes, etc can take your total power dice above 12 for any single magic phase.
Items that boost the casting or dispel value that are not considered power or dispel dice are allowed. Examples are add d3, +1, etc. scrolls of Mighty Incantations will be allowed as it does not count as power dice and is a one use only item.

To save paper and ink costs, you don't have to have a copy of your army to give to each opponent.
BUT...you must have a copy for Me AND a copy of your army that you can show to your opponent. Lists will be double checked for legitimacy.
This is an "open" list tournament in that you must produce documentation of what you actually have if questioned.
NO HANDWRITTEN LISTS!!! Unless it is well organized and written clearly. No napkin drawing type lists.
