Really? I can't bring myself to go see that one. It just seems like something the Wayans Brothers would put together.

Yeah I thought what a ridiculous idea, but after seeing the HBO preview I think I will like it. It is 50 years in the life of AB from the time his mother was "murdered" by a vampire to the White House. He taught himself axe fighting as a young man. They made a lot of effort to make the costumes, scenery and acting to be authentic and even have good recreations of the Battle of Gettysburg. The director is the guy that did Wanted so the fight scenes have that slow motion in them. So since my primary function in life is to play with toy fantasy soldiers reality is not a requirement.

I read the book. It was awesome. Hopefully the movie is half as good. The author also wrote the screenplay.
