I had fun. Like last year, my first three opponents were O&G. I blew my Slaan and the temple guard up 3 out of the 5 games, just the temple guard on one, and the last he got run down. On the second day I was supposed to play the Tomb Kings player, but he quit so they put me on the upper tables to play an Ogre guy. First turn he cannon shots both my stegadon and my bastiladon. Bottom of turn one I get 10 power dice thinking this is gonna be fun. Hellheart. I roll the same result for both my skink priest and my Slaan. Snake eyes and a three. Big template equals dead skink unit and temple guard unit, then both wizards are sucked into the warp. Game over. Fastest f'ing game ever! My opponent was as shocked as I was and very apologetic. After that, it was a goal to get the smoking boots award. My next opponent was to have been the dark elves, but he too, quit. So I played the ringer lizardmen army and proceeded to lose that as well in the last turn.

I also had a great time despite getting run over 3 of 5 games,(2 Terrorgheist, 2 frost Phoenix, and empire cannons), bumped into for the first game and had the final guy roll under my vehicle trying to compete with Ben at the bottom.
I played finishers at 15, 22,25,27, 36

Fun tournament and was smoothly run, and I think looking better for next year. Players that play and like fantasy and have an interest in it doing well. I have enjoyed it in the past but am looking forward to a bright future.

I would like to try and go next year, as I have never been to a Colonial. Come to think of it, my last "GT" was back when they still held them in Baltimore at the airport! My first game I was handed my ass by Bill Edwards...just another victim.
