Given that there are a fair few of us heading to NOVA this year I was wondering if there was interest in trying to get the group together for dinner on Saturday night (8/30)?
It looks like the last round of Fantasy is scheduled to end at around 7, and the last round of the 40k GT for that day is scheduled to end around 8. If there is interest, I am happy to look for some good restaurant options and make a reservation.
Also, (in my view) this is open to any Casual gamer, friend or significant other. If folks not attending the tournament want to just join us for dinner and hear us regale epic stories of flashing swords and ax, dragons, drop pods and tanks, then by all means the more the merrier!
Post below and I'll get a head count and make a dinner reservation.

I would be interested if it was 1) on the cheap side, and 2) local to the hotel/or I'd have a ride as I am being dropped on Thursday and wont be picked back up until Sunday...
With my bad hip, my mobility is limited, so walking distance would be out... If I am to much an inconvenience, then count me out. I wouldn't want to be a burden.

Totally reasonable walking distance from the hotel. I personally vote for Tortoise because "bar" but either one sounds good.

Hey Sean, no worries. There will definitely be cabs leaving from the hotel if you want to share a ride. Also, I am going to be taking a cab home from dinner that night if you want to share a cab ride back.

Reservation info:
We have a table reserved under my name for dinner at the Tortoise and Hare for 9-10 people arriving at about 8:30 pm.
I recommend that we meet up in the Hyatt lobby about 8-8:15 to walk or cab over together.
