There is a model of a marine being fitted with power armor smoking a cigar.
My question is why make a model that is depicts the beginning scene to StarCraft 2?

Hahahah my thoughts exactly! I saw that today!
The funny thing is, Warcraft and Starcraft were both originally stolen from GW, they had to rename a lot of their units. |

Everyone steals from everyone when it comes to "original" works.
GW is just friggin blatant about it. Changing one letter in a name is, well...
Of course, that is only if you care about fluff.
