There was a lot of noises about the cost of the location: looks like they're trying a lot of little ways to offset those this time.

And the cell thing: fantastic. That was _my_ biggest gripe.

Did I read it wrong, or is Fantasy taking a hiatus?

You read it wrong.

"The Fantasy Lead & Staff are retooling the GT & adding events" = "I don't have specifics about Fantasy at NoVA, but there will be a GT that will be somewhat different from last year's, and some other Fantasy events."
