Quality Kitchen Sinks?

My wife and I are having granite countertops put in. We want a stainless steel undermount, 2 basin kitchen sink. Anyone have any tips... things to look for, things to avoid? Brands I should look at, brands I should ignore?

I've never understood the appeal of a 2-basin sink. Give me one big sink that I can fit even the biggest pot/pan in. I hate washing dishes badly enough anyway, so at least give me some space to work with.

My advice: no matter what sort of deal Lowe's or Home Depot are offering, they are likely to screw something up and overcharge you. I refuse to shop at Lowe's for any reason at all now after the crap they put me through and the money they flat out stole from me on a kitchen remodel.

Make sure you get a deep basin and a high faucet. Use Lowes to get an idea of what you want, but for quality go to Ferguson Enterprises. They have a big warehouse and showroom in Chantilly just past GPC on Centreville road. If you find something that you like, I can try to see if there is a contractor's discount on it.

Cool thanks. I found a good sink at Stainless Sink.com. 16 gauge, bunch of extras, free delivery. Reasonably priced.
