Ok, lets come up with a date in December that we can put this on. If we can get a date, then do we advertise to other groups to join in? Advertise at Blob's Park? Suggestions, please.

Do you mean Toys for Tots? I like that as a theme. I will play either way though. Maybe at the end of November so the food/Toys can be distributed for the holidays. I like the idea of outside players, but this may involve a larger venue.
This could be our little club niche to the outside world.

Casey volunteers at a Food Bank, so it would be a Feed the Masses type of event. Bring in non-perishables, etc.

Yeah, let's get something down. And Joey is right, we may need a bigger venue or we could just be proactive about getting 4 or 5 tables worth of games going on the smaller tables below. Doing that would mean we could accommodate 24 or so pretty easily, which is a decently sized event.

We could do Culpeper Ben. Reva fire hall has lots of room and plenty of
chairs and tables. We would need the table tops however. There is also
the VFW which has to floors.
