For those that attended the NOVA Open last month, you may recall that Dropzone Games swooped in and provided swag bags for all of the attendees in the Fantasy game.
I was up around Glen Burnie, MD and decided to check them out. For those that remember, they occupy the original GW US headquarters before they relocated to Nashville, TN. Anyhow, the space is really fantastic! I originally thought it was sort of small, with about 8 or so tables near the retail section. Turns out the space goes back to the old warehouse space. They have something on the order of 26-40 tables of space. In addition they have great hobby station for painting, and priming stations. they are also apparently putting in stations for airbrushing in the relatively near future.
Apparently they are going to be running a 2-day Fantasy GT the second weekend in Nov.
I personally really appreciated the support they provided at NOVA and just wanted to pass the info along. I will definitely be looking for games up here in the future. It is still too far away for me to get to on a weeknight. But there are so many tables, there are no restrictions on what games systems are played on what days. _________________ All hail, WARHAMMER is Dead. Long live WARHAMMER! |

I've seen posts about them: they look amazing.
Shame they're all the way over there. _________________ Rush - Warpstone Pile

I don't believe they were 100% of the date. But he seemed pretty sure that was the weekend they were looking at. I looked on their Facebook calendar, but they had nothing listed beyond Sept.
Still, just another option, and on my opinion well worth a visit of you are ever out near BWI Airport. _________________ All hail, WARHAMMER is Dead. Long live WARHAMMER! |

Casey and I just stopped in there last weekend, it's nearly everything I could ever want in a game store. Except the location of course. _________________ Chickhammer
