I might. The reviews are still decent so it is a bit more encouraging. The trailers haven't exactly done much for me, though.

Fast Five was awesome.

When I say it's the best of the series I say it as someone who has enjoyed all of the rest.

The movie is ridiculous in the best way possible. It's funny and has at least 4 action scenes that would be instant classics in any other movie. I doubt very seriously if there's going to be a better summer movie this year.

i've seen both

fast five was an overall good movie. the origional still i think may be the best cause it was genuine back in the day and was origional to a certain extent. The Rock, yes the rock... plays a HUGE role in fast five and makes the movie what it is. the guy is a great actor and does the film justice with his roll in it.

Thor was cool. Really good effects, natalie portman is still on my top 10 list and has been forever now. i loves me some portman. kinda the same premise / story we all know for all of the other first super hero films. movie beings - hero gets powers - something happens to where they lose / abuse / or have trouble handling powers - hero gets his life in order - hero saves the day same movie as spiderman but w/ a 20 year old fabio that uses a miny hammer instead of the actual thor hammer. Anthony hopkins played a good role also and the gate keeper is probably the coolest guy in the movie aside from thor maybe?

which is more worth seeing in theatres?
Fast five in my opinion unless you have NO interest in cars although people are getting shot and killed in actualy swat team like fire fights in this movies, its much different then the neon light honda civic movies of the past.

I was extremely pleased with Thor: it got the Asgardian thing down perfectly, which was both tough and key to the movie not sucking. Now it just leaves me with an ache in my heart for a Fourth World movie that will never be made.

Fast Five was excellent. Anyone who suggests to the contrary is either completely fucking uninformed, lying, or ideologically opposed to things that are amazing.

Breaking this statement down makes me chuckle.

Anyone who suggests to the contrary is either

A) completely fucking uninformed
B) lying
C) ideologically opposed to things that are amazing

Richard is right, though. Then again him and I share love for the Speed Racer movie.

Seriously, though, the amount of awful people who scoff and look down on Fast Five while never actually seeing it is ridiculous. The movie succeeded in a lot of awesome ways. It was a ton better than the Expendables, at least.

Also, Thor was good but it's only about 75% as good as Fast Five.

I believe I'll start judging movies based on how good they are compared to Fast Five. Very few will come close to 100%.

Thor definitely scored some points by having Idris Elba. I hope The 6 And The Furious has him in it. Or they might hold off for 7he Fas7 And 7he Furious.

But yeah, Idris Elba gave Thor at least 5% towards a perfect rating of Fast Five.
